Social Media Metrics

This two hour session on Social Media Metrics will cover everything a beginner needs to know about how to measure your marketing successes.  The content will answer the following questions:

~ Are your online efforts providing positive results? 
~ Where can I find my social media statistics?
~ How can I interpret my Metrics on Social Media?
~ What tools can I use to help measure my success? 
~ What tips and tricks are available to maximize my marketing efforts using Social Media?

Cora-Lyne Ethier | Regional Outreach Coordinator NEOnet

Cora-Lyne has a BA in English with courses in Computer Science as well as a Post Graduate diploma in Public Relations. She has been a public speaker for 7 years and has been proficiently using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) for 10 years. She has taken advantage of her experience tabulating and organizing data for not profits to enhance her skills on a daily basis.

Kait-Lynn Gooch | Bilingual Outreach Worker NEOnet

Kait-Lynn attended Confederation College in which her focus of studies were Communication and Administration. Currently she has 3 years of experience working with non-profit organizations and small business, working with Microsoft Office and Social Media, to help them succeed. In addition, she has more than 5 years working within small communities professionally and volunteering. She has observed, learned and implemented effective ways of public speaking and presentations throughout her student and professional career.
